SuperLumina Funding is a new independent, non-bank sponsored ABCP conduit. SuperLumina has an initial program size of $12.5 billion and will primarily purchase domestic and cross border trade receivables, loans, leases, and highly-rated securities. SuperLumina is rated A1/P1 by Standard & Poor’s and Moody’s. SuperLumina will issue dollar- and euro-denominated ABCP.
